Z-Plate® Composite Trailer
Stoughton’s revolutionary Z-Plate® dry van trailers are built from composite laminate panels. These unique, patented poly-laminate panels are manufactured using epoxy-coated inner and outer galvanized steel skin for superior durability even in the most demanding applications. If repairs are required, Stoughton’s Z-Plate® panel design allows for easy panel replacement without requiring the removal of adjoining panels common with other plate trailer designs. PureBlue™ Refrigerated Trailer
Stoughton’s PureBlue™ refrigerated trailer is an innovative trailer that is more thermally efficient, lighter weight, and safer than other competitive trailers on the road today. The use of bonded side posts reduces the number of holes in the sidewalls to aid in preventing moisture intrusion into the trailer. Composite materials used in the front wall and rear doors optimize thermal efficiency and reduce overall weight, letting you haul more product. Minimizing air loss with a triple wiper seal on the rear doors helps protect your cargo from the elements. Galvanized steel components provide greater protection from corrosion and extend product life.
Tough Plate Trailer
Stoughton’s new Tough Plate dry van configuration has been enhanced with an integral ‘Tough Plate’ in the lower region of the side wall.
